Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking and electronic payments software to processors and financial institutions, in cooperation with National Payment Cards System (NSPK) helped United Settlement System (USS) to achieve EMV 3D Secure 2.1.0 certification for UnionPay International cards. USS is the first to achieve this certification among Russian issuers of UnionPay cards. Thanks to the efficient cooperation of the all parties involved, the project was implemented within a short timeframe.

EMV 3D Secure technology provides extensive capabilities to prevent fraudulent transactions and enables UnionPay cardholders to perform secure e-commerce operations.
