Based on Compass Plus’ TranzWare solutions, the ‘Udobno’ package offers seamless access to an extended array of remote banking services allowing customers to be more efficient, more flexible and more in control of their banking transactions.

‘Udobno’, meaning ‘effortless’ in Russian, gives customers the opportunity to take advantage of Internet technology and get an enhanced banking experience without having to physically stand in bank queues.

The ‘Udobno’ package enables customers to access information at any time from any point. Customers can track and monitor transactions, view account balances in detail and conduct many other banking operations. Users are also issued with Visa Classic and Visa Electron debit cards in conjunction with the ‘Udobno’ package. As well as Internet Banking, the package offers mobile banking for increased convenience. Customers can retrieve reports on the state of their accounts through free of charge SMS notifications. Thanks to Compass Plus and the ‘Udobno’ package Bank Transportny is building an infrastructure that will serve as a foundation for future remote banking developments. Since 2007 the Bank has developed its retail banking strategy with a view to become one of the leading banks in the provision of remote banking services in Russia. By the end of 2008 Bank Transportny foresees it will have 30 000 remote banking customers and by 2011 expects this number to reach 260 000.
