nadraNadra Bank of Ukraine continues to actively develop its customer service infrastructure. As of early summer 2008, the number of ATMs installed by the bank has exceeded 1,100 and continues to grow steadily. The entire ATM network of the bank is maintained by TranzWare products from Compass Plus which are used for the automation of the processing centre.

Nadra Bank is currently one of the leading Ukrainian banks in terms of number of ATMs installed. Bank customers have an opportunity to use a whole range of banking services via ATMs, in particular, cardholders can transfer money from one card to another in online mode, repay loans, pay for mobile phone services and have access to IP telephony and Internet services. ATM users can also change their PIN, receive mini-statements and contribute to charity. The Nadra Bank’s terminal network has grown to include more than 4,500 POS terminals.

Nadra Bank has been a Compass Plus customer since 2005 when the decision was made to migrate its processing platform to TranzWare. Currently the bank uses TranzWare Online and TranzWare CMS for the automation of its processing centre.

Nadra Bank, Ukraine, is a nationwide commercial bank with 700 branches in Ukraine, over 1,100 ATMs, more than 7,000 multipurpose РОS terminals and a modern call centre. Nadra Bank is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian plastic card market and has Principal Member status in Visa and MasterCard payment systems. Today the bank has nearly 5 million cards in circulation.
