JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for the preparation and support of pre-sale events. This role includes participation in marketing and business related events, presentations and exhibitions in order to enable new sales of products and services and the acquisition new customers and business partners for the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make live demonstrations of the products functional capabilities and product interfaces
- Develop, prepare and maintain all relevant presentation materials
- Provide consultancy to customers and business partners on EFT-related applications
- Raise suggestions for the improvement and functionality extension of company's product and services portfolio based market developments, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Participate in topical regional and international exhibitions and other marketing activities
- Continue to extend industry and market knowledge to include current products and the available technologies in the retail banking and electronic payments sector

- Maintain knowledge database
- Conduct scoping studies within the framework of pre-sales activity
- Perform duties pertaining to raining Instructors and Business Analysts, when necessary

- Establish and enhance relationships between the company and its existing customers
- Be accountable for the day-to-day management of customers
- Develop new business from existing customers (the customisation of existing systems, professional services and selling new systems):
- Define customer business requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main Project Manager’s activity is to develop and implement the company’s projects in the MEA region (directly related to the Company’s activity and meeting its strategic objectives) within the agreed timeframe, allocated budget and at the required quality level. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main Implementation Engineer’s activity is to provide technical services for preparation, installation and configuration of Compass Plus and third parties’ software products during implementation of projects, technical support for clients, certification and testing services. The Implementation Engineer will be based at our Regional Sales and Project Management office in Amman, Jordan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis, objectives study and planning of executing works;
- Performance of the assigned tasks within specified time limits and with appropriate quality, both in the Company and in the Customers’ premises;
- Installation and configuration of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, HP-UNIX, and Solaris), Oracle database, as well as other third-party products required to run Companies’ software products;
- Installation, configuration to the Customer’s requirements and implementation of Companies’ SW products in Customers’ premises;
- Test performance and certification procedures on the Company Customers and Partners’ projects;
- Technical and information support to the Customers in the process of certification in International Card Association, as well as in the process of preparation to them;
- Technical and information support to the Company employees;
- Maintenance of required project documentation as part of the Project team;
- Submission of intermediate and final project reports as a part of the Project team;
- Weekly reports on the results of the project tasks implementation;
- Configuration, current state support of the test environment and conducting the own knowledge base;
- Participation in the development of algorithms and procedures for products certification and testing;
- Participation in the development and preparation of regulatory documents to improve the methods and quality of work.
